Housing Proposal for South Charleston Could Offer Greener Future for Village

SOUTH CHARLESTON, OH (WYSO) - Population concerns are gaining particular significance in communities across Ohio. Young people are moving out in search of better opportunities, and in some communities like South Charleston, the aging are also taking leave because suitable housing options are not available. One local resident has a proposal that may offer a solution to this problem, including alternatives for a greener lifestyle in the village.
