Clark County Election Series: Democratic Candidate for Ohio's 10th Senate District Roger Tackett CLARK COUNTY, OH (WYSO) - This week the Clark County Election Series continues with a look at the two candidates competing for Ohio's 10th Senate District. Today we'll hear from democratic candidate Roger Tackett. Tackett's first call to serve his country was as a young man, when he joined the Marines and fought in Vietnam. During his tour he was badly wounded, resulting in permanent confinement to a wheelchair. But this didn't stop him from serving his community.
