Air Shows deal with high fuel prices DAYTON, OH (WYSO) - The Dayton Air Show is taking place this weekend, a popular event for many in the Miami Valley. The region itself is steeped in a tradition of aviation. But the price of fuel affects air shows, just as it affects many aspects of the struggling economy. Some in the industry see this as an opportunity to drum up more business from those that may be staying closer to home this summer. But not everyone is so optimistic.
