Arts Program Targets Kids in Clark County's Juvenile Hall
(2008-07-02)
(WYSO) - In today's society, an increasing number of youth are engaging in violent and criminal activities, and juvenile offenders are getting younger with each passing year. If established programs aren't working, the question is just how do you help these kids? While it might suggest that tougher measures are needed, the Juvenile Detention Center in Clark County has decided to take a different approach - with an arts program. WYSO's Cynthia Sperberg-Hart has more on the story.

Tune into WYSO Weekend, this Sunday at 10.30am, to hear Cynthia Sperberg-Hart's Full Commentary on Project Jericho at the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center
