Earthquake has effect close to home DAYTON, OH (WYSO) - The death toll in China continues to rise after the tragic earthquake that hit the region on Monday. All over the world people are feeling the impact. One University of Dayton student is far away from his hometown, just 80 miles south of the earthquake's epicenter, but his family is still there.
