Mounting tensions in the Middle East have foreign nationals scrambling for a way out of Israel.While Israeli war ships escort cruise boats to the island of Cyprus, civilian aid workers are on the ground, trying to provide basic medical services to communities hardest hit by mortar and gun fire.
