Republican presidential front-runner Mitt Romney is expected to tour a central Ohio manufacturer's facility today.The former Massachusetts governor plans to speak about the economy during an afternoon visit to Screen Machine Industries in Pataskala. The company makes heavy construction machinery and other equipment that crushes and separates materials.
The stop is Romney's first appearance in Ohio since he started his 2012 bid
A recent Quinnipiac University poll found Romney and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin are the favored Republicans among Ohio's registered GOP voters. Sixteen percent said they would vote for Romney, compared with 15 percent for Palin, who is not a candidate.
