Clark and Champaign Election Results
(2009-11-04)
(WYSO) - Clark and Champaign county voters saw many renewal levies on their ballots.

Voters approved a 10 year renewal levy for the Clark County Mental Health and Recovery Board. Renewal levies for Springfield, Tecumseh, Southeastern and Cedar Cliff school districts all passed. Levies in Clark County townships dealing with police, fire and EMS services all passed as well.

In Springfield, incumbent City Commissioners Karen Duncan and Dan Martin will return for another term, joined by Joyce Chilton.

In Champaign County, Union Township passed a replacement levy for roads and bridges. The only levy to fail in Champaign County was Woodstock Village's operating levy, which was defeated by a vote of 43 to 22.
