Recent slumps in the economy, jobs losses and overall tough times can wreak havoc in families and communities. But sometimes shared difficulties can also bring out the best in people. This is certainly true in Clark County where everywhere ordinary people are doing extra-ordinary things to help others. WYSO begins a new series this week that highlights the brighter side of the human spirit in these dark times by talking with a man that has lived through some of the worst.
