Cambridge mental health facility to close

CAMBRIDGE, OH (WOUB) - A Guernsey County mental health facility is a casualty of Governor Strickland's budget cuts.

The Cambridge campus of Appalachian Behavioral Healthcare will shut its doors as part of the plan to help correct Ohio's budget woes.

But as WOUB's Jason Koma reports, one state lawmaker is hoping to change the Governor's mind.
