Hard water stains, mold and mildew, and microorganisms can drive even the most ecologically dedicated to use harsh, environmentally toxic cleaning products. Join naturalist and environmental consultant Amy Wells to explore recipes for fun, safe, and practical solvents and formulas you can make yourself: scouring powders, mold and mildew busters, toilet cleaners, general disinfectants, and air fresheners. Workshop fee of $40 ($60 for non-members) includes recipes and make-and-take products. Register to: bbryan@glenhelen.org
