The city of Wilmington is at a crossroads. This year, the city celebrates its bicentennial but it's also reeling from devastating job loss in the wake of German-owned DHL leaving town. Now, the state of Ohio is awarding one million dollars in stimulus money to Wilmington - an investment in energy efficient projects that could turn the city's fortune around. But a renaisance in Wilmington won't come from just a money stream. Economies are about people too.
