Kuhl - Massa Race a "Toss Up"

ROCHESTER, NY (2008-06-05) The race for the 29th Congressional District seat is now a "toss up" according to The Cook Political Report. The independent, nonpartisan online newsletter had previously rated the race "leans Republican." The seat now belongs to Republica Randy Kuhl, who faces a second challenge by Democrat Eric Massa. Kuhl beat Massa in 2006, but only by four percentage points. Among Monroe County voters in 2006, Massa led Kuhl by a margin of 57- to 43-percent.
