WXXI: Gospel Choir (2006-08-02)

Every week, a group of teenagers from across the Puget Sound region meet in a West Seattle Classroom to sing. They're the SHADES All City Gospel Youth Choir. The teens say the Choir serves as their church. Its director, Antwoine Parmer, is their friend and mentor. And while everyone in SHADES enjoys the weekly rehearsal, what they really love is the long ride home at the end of the day. KPLU's Jennifer Wing has this audio profile. [2:55]
