Home-grown Paul Smoker is part of the Rochester Jazz Festival ROCHESTER, NY (WXXI) - The Rochester International Jazz Festival this year featured more than 500 musicians, including Sonny Rollins, Chick Corea and Chaka Kahn. But sharing the spotlight was some home-grown talent, like Paul Smoker and his quartet.
