Monroe County's FAIR Plan Heads Back to Court
They're headed for the Appellate Division of State Supreme Court here in Rochester to overturn an initial trial court decision in the county's favor, and hope to block the county from witholding part of their share of sales tax revenue to defray Medicaid costs.

Suburban Monroe County school districts take their lawsuit over the county's so-called "FAIR Plan" to the next level of the court system today. They're headed for the Appellate Division of State Supreme Court here in Rochester to overturn an initial trial court decision in the county's favor, and hope to block the county from witholding part of their share of sales tax revenue to defray Medicaid costs.
