Violinist Jennifer Koh took the road less travelled. A child prodigy, Jennifer opted to get her degree in English Literature at Oberlin, even after winning one of the most prestigous competitions in classical music, before setting off on a soloist's career. Jennifer, in town to solo with the RPO, explained that decision to Julia Figueras, as well as how literature and music meet in her life, and the importance of giving master classes to younger children.
