Each year, the Rochester Philharmonic Youth Orchestra is joined by the Rochester Philharmonic for an afternoon of big side-by-side music making.
This year had a French flair, with three teen performers also soloing. RPYO Music Director, Dr. David Harman, talked with Julia Figueras about the concert, the relationship between the two orchestras, and what it was like when he played Carnegie Hall.
