In collaboration with UW-Extension and RHS this class will be located in the Rhinelander High School Face Room from 9:00 am - 4pm. This class will focus on safely using a pressure canner to preserve meats and other low-acid foods, including venison and other wild game. This class will cover the differences between a pressure canner and pressure cookers, gauges and recipes. Pre-registration is required. $12 fee.
