This retreat offers teens, age 15-19, a life transforming experience in the serenity of nature.
Our retreats teach teens the basics of self-awareness, authentic communication, and techniques to calm and focus the mind. We spend time each day learning and practicing mindfulness meditation — a scientifically proven practice that has improved the lives of millions of people.
Teens also participate in small group discussions where they get to know their peers in a safe setting. There's also lots of time for fun with creative workshops, mindful movement, yoga and free time for connecting with new friends. Many previously hesitant teens walk away saying it was one of the best experiences of their lives.
