LET'S DISH
5 or 6 boneless chicken breasts
Swiss cheese slices
16 oz. can of sauerkraut, drained well
1 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Grease a 9x12 dish. Layer chicken breasts, sauerkraut, cheese and dressing. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
