LET'S DISH
1/4+1/3 Cup Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup White Corn Syrup
1 8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup chopped Pecans
Place 3- Eggs, ¼- Cup Sugar, 1-tsp. Vanilla, 1-Cup White Corn Syrup in a medium sized bowl and whip with a wire whip and set aside.
In another bowl place 1-8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese, 1/3 Cup Sugar, 1-Egg, ¼ tsp. Salt and 1-tsp. Vanilla and beat together with mixer. Pour cream cheese mixture in an unbaked deep pie shell and put ¼ Cup chopped Pecans over that.
Next pour the egg mixture in the deep pie shell and cover with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
