LET'S DISH
1 lb Ground Beef
1/4 Red Bermuda Onion
4 Tbsp Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 cups dry Macaroni
5-6 cups Water
1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
1 6 oz can Tomato Paste
1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes
In a large skillet. heat beef, onion, and 2 Tbsp chili powder until meat is cooked, stirring continuously. Drain grease. Add tomato ingredients and remaining chili powder to beef, mixing well. Heat water to boiling and add macaroni, allowing to cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Drain. Stir cooked macaroni into tomato/beef mixture and cook on low heat for additional 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve Hot.
