Highland Photography By James Coates Is On Display At The Highland Library

Photography exhibit portrays a day in the life of Highland County by Elaine Brown Monterey, VA James Coates lives in Arlington and owns property in Highland County. He has taken many photographs in and around Highland and is currently doing a series on the people of Highland. All but one of the photos in the exhibit are for sale.
The free exhibit is on display until April 29th in the Mountain View room of the Highland Co Library in Monterey, and can be viewed during normal business hours.
