Pocahontas Arts Council Hosts Local Artists At Greenbank Library A variety of artists works are on dislay at the Greenbank Library in Pocahontas County now through March 20th by Elaine Brown Greenbank, WV Pocahontas County boasts a thriving artist community. You can see some of the best works at the library in Greenbank just down the road from Greenbank Elementary Middle School.

Hours are 11 to 8pm Monday - Thursday; 11 to 6pm Friday, and 12:30 to 4:30pm on Saturday.
