Virginia Bands Wrap Up The Highland County Fair With A Bang The Dill Pickers and Sons of Bill bring their unique musical sound to the Highland County Fair for the final night on August 30th by Elaine Brown Monterey, VA The Dill Pickers are Keith and Viqui Dill. Both play a wide variety of instuments. And both have playing music since they were barely big enough to hold an instument. You can expect everything from cajun to country from these "pickers".

The other band on hand on the 30th is the Sons of Bill. Charlottesville, Virginia's young country rockers, began making music together in the fall of 2005. The three Wilson brothers were literally spread out across the country when they felt the call to return home and get back to the music they grew up with. Now James, Sam and Abe Wilson, along with Seth Green on bass, play to packed houses on a regular basis.

Fireworks follow the music to end the Highland County Fair with a bang. Don't miss it!!
