COLUMNS
1/2 gal Ice Cream
3/4 - 1 1/2 c Brown Sugar
4 c Rice Chex
1/2 c Coconut
3/4 c Walnuts
3/4 c Margarine, melted
Mix sugar, cereal, coconut, walnuts, and margarine. Spread 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan. Pat down. Slice ice cream and smooth over sugar-nut mixture. Top with remaining sugar-nut mixture. Freeze.
