Drop Foot: Causes and Corrections to be discussed on the next live Call the Doctor on WVIA

(wvia) - Our panel takes your questions about Drop Foot on the next live Call the Doctor on Tuesday, May 7 at 7 p.m. on WVIA TV.

Do you have difficulty lifting the front of your foot? Does your foot drag along when you walk? You might have a neurological condition called drop foot. It is not a disease and may be a symptom of, or a sign of an underlying neurological, muscular or anatomical problem.

Joining Moderator George Thomas on our panel are Rayna Pfeil, a physical therapist at Allied Services Skilled Nursing & Rehab., Allied Services Integrated Health System, James F. Hora, MD, PhD, director of Neurology at Geisinger Wyoming Valley and director of Neuromuscular Medicine with Geisinger Health System, Dr. Zachary Ritter, foot & ankle specialist with Susquehanna Health, and Dr. Jennifer Dempsey DPM, Podiatrist Physicians Health Alliance.
