Jury Recommends Life in Prison in Elmore County Murder MILLBROOK, ALABAMA (wvas) - An Elmore county jury is recommending life in prison without parole for the man convicted of killing a man in the parking lot of the WalMart in Millbrook.

20-year-old Calvin McMillan will go before a judge for sentencing in August.

The judge can either accept the jury's recommendation or override it. McMillan was convicted of shooting to death 23 year old Bryan Martin in 2007.
