Reaction to Ziegler hearing MILWAUKEE, WI (wuwm) - A panel of three appeals court judges listened to arguments yesterday in the case of new Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Annette Ziegler. She admits violating judicial ethics while a lower court judge, by hearing cases involving a bank in which her husband was a paid board member. Mike McCabe, head of Wisconsin Democracy Campaign, told WUWM's Marge Pitrof that he's disappointed the panel did not also explore allegations that Ziegler heard cases involving companies in which she held stock.
