VA Secretary Scocos returns from war MILWAUKEE, WI (wuwm) - Wisconsin's Veterans Affairs Secretary John Scocos is back home, after a tour of duty in Iraq. Scocos is a colonel in the Army Reserve. He was deployed last spring. The 51-year old is married, with three children, ages 15, four and 20 months. Ann-Elise Henzl interviewed Scocos a few weeks before his departure.
