Local crew competes in sailing championship MILWAUKEE, WI (wuwm) - Some of the best sailors in the country will gather at the U.S. Naval Academy at the end of the week. They'll compete in the U.S. Offshore Championship. This year a Milwaukee team qualified for the three-day regatta in Annapolis.
