Exhibit features art by incarcerated teens MILWAUKEE (wuwm) - An art exhibit in Milwaukee this evening features pieces created by young people who've been in prison or jail. "Art from the Inside: Unlocking the Creativity of Incarcerated Youth" takes place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel downtown. Wendy Henderson is with the Wisconsin Council on Children and Families.
