Labor Gets A 4-Wheeled Boost on Labor Day TAMPA (WUSF) - About 20 people lined up in an office park along Florida Avenue in Tampa Labor Day morning, each with they key to a car they can call their own. They're getting these vehicles courtesy of Wheels of Success.

People have to be referred by a social service agency or their employer. Wheels of Success gets about 50 applications a month, but can help out a fraction of those families. © Copyright 2009, WUSF
