Candidate Samm Simpson FEATHER SOUND (WUSF) - Samm Simpson's political experience is her 2006 run against Congressman Bill Young. She was defeated by the incumbent receiving 34 percent of vote. Simpson worked at Raymond James for 17 years and currently hosts a local cable show. She says the biggest problem in Washington is the pending economic crisis of providing benefits for retiring baby boomers.
