Public Comment on Proposed RR hub POLK COUNTY, FL (WUSF) - Rail company CSX hopes to build a freight terminal in Winter Haven to handle the transfer of goods to and from trucks. Supporters hope the train hub will spark a massive development of warehousing and logistics operations yielding jobs and revenue. Critics worry about the train traffic and the road traffic. The Central Florida Regional Planning Council is studying the project. WUSF's Robin Sussingham reports.
