Early Voting Under Way
TAMPA
(WUSF) -
The polls are now open in Florida. Early voting has started for the August 26th primary ballot which includes non-partisan races.
Pasco County Supervisor of Elections Brian Corley says Pasco's number of early voters keeps growing. He expects 25 to 30 percent of registered voters to cast an early ballot. Yet, he would like to see more.
Area counties each have about a half dozen early voting sites. Those wishing to cast their ballot can visit any of the locations in their county during the two week early voting period, regardless of their voting precinct.
