Batter Up For New Rays Home ST. PETERSBURG (WUSF) - St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Baker was flanked by Rays President Matt Silverman and Progress Energy CEO Jeff Lyash. They announced the formation of a nonprofirt group called "A Baseball Community."

It'll have nine members, including representatives from St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, the baseball team and the business advocacy group Tampa Bay Partnership.
