TBARTA Wants Its Own Director SAN ANTONIO (WUSF) - Since its inception, the Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority has relied on Bob Clifford, a planner on loan from the state Department of Transportation. Now that Gov. Crist signed a bill giving them $2 million, members want their own director at the helm.
