Rays Back Off New Stadium ST. PETERSBURG (WUSF) - Rays President Matt Silverman said there isn't enough public support for the November referendum, and placed the search for a new stadium in the hands of a so-called "citizen's committee" is headed by Jeff Lyash, the CEO of Progress Energy.
