An Eyewitness To Ike's Devastation LEXINGTON, KY (wuky) - Kentuckians continue to clean up from the remnants of Hurricane Ike which swept through the region last week, leaving thousands in Kentucky without electricity. "Ground Zero" of that storm was Galveston, Texas, where over 45,000 evacuees are still unable to return to their homes.
