Storm Assistance Center Opens in Pisgah PISGAH, AL (APR - Alabama Public Radio ) - A new storm assistance center opened Monday in Pisgah to provide help to tornado victims in Jackson County.

Pisgah Mayor Chris Woods said the center is housed in the Office Furniture Outlet store on County Road 58. Representatives from federal, state and private agencies will be on hand to assist residents of Pisgah, Rosalie and the Flat Rock areas process requests for state and federal aid.

Woods also urges anyone donating goods or services to check in at the center.
