Severe Storms Expected Thursday UNDATED, AL (APR - Alabama Public Radio ) - Forecasters have issued a tornado watch until six p-m- for much of Alabama today (Thursday) as thunderstorms move into the state.

The storms could pack tornadoes and large hail, with lightning and wind gusts to eighty miles per hour.
