Delegates and Iraq Resolution WASHINGTON, DC (APR - Alabama Public Radio ) - Today (Friday, 2/16) the U.S. House passed a non-binding resolution by a vote of 246 to 182 opposing President Bush's plan to increase troops in Iraq.
