(APR - Alabama Public Radio ) - In 2008, capital punishment could change forever as the US Supreme Court rules on a challenge of Kentucky's lethal injection protocol ... a challenge that could affect the protocol of about 30 other states, including Alabama. Alabama's last lethal injection was given to Luther Williams in August, and all subsequent executions have been delayed.
