Know Theatre presents Doubt, A Parable; Winner of the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for drama and the 2005 Tony for Best Play. Written by John Patrick Shanley (screenwriter of Moonstruck and Joe vs. The Volcano) and directed by guest director James B. Nicola (off-Broadway shows including The Attic, Kerouac The Musical) with a cast including Michael Shephard, Judy McMahon, Leanne Mercadante, and Shirley Cothran, this is a show you won't want to miss.
Doubt centers on a nun who confronts a priest after suspecting him of abusing a student, but he denies the charges. Much of the play's quick-fire dialogue tackles themes of religion, morality and authority.
