It's a concert filled with romance, fantasy and tragedy: Dohnanyi's tour de force for strings , an early masterpiece by Benjamin Britten and Brahms' Werther Quartet , inspired by the tragic loss of his friend Robert Schumann and the young Brahms' unrequited love for Robert's wife Clara.

Tickets are $15 for the general public, $13 for faculty, staff, and seniors, and $7 for students. T ickets are available at the Anderson Center Box Office from noon to 5:30 p.m. weekdays, by phone at (607) 777-A R T S, online at anderson.binghamton.edu, or at the door.
