Some State Senators Want to Reconvene
Wednesday the state house passed a lottery lease plan that could pay for school and road construction projects.
Senator Susan Garrett of Lake Forest says now it's the senate's turn to move.
It's up to senate president Emil Jones to call the chamber into session.
A spokesman for Jones says the senate won't return to Springfield until after the November elections.

Some Illinois state senators want to reconvene in Springfield ahead of schedule.Wednesday the state house passed a lottery lease plan that could pay for school and road construction projects.
Senator Susan Garrett of Lake Forest says now it's the senate's turn to move.
It's up to senate president Emil Jones to call the chamber into session.
A spokesman for Jones says the senate won't return to Springfield until after the November elections.
