Carbondale First United Methodist Church, Southern Illinois Reading Council and Temple Beth Jacob are hosting international author Marion Blumenthal Lazan. Ms. Lazan will speak tomorrow (Tues. Oct 20) at 7:00pm at the First United Methodist Church. Lazan wrote "Four Perfect Pebbles" and is one of a few remaining Holocaust survivors. You can go to Elverado High School in Elkville from 11:00am-4:00pm, New Life Church of God in Benton from 2:00pm-6:00pm, or Lake Creek Masonic Lodge in Johnston City from 2:30pm-6:30pm.
