Carbondale Chamber President Resigns

CARBONDALE, IL (wsiu) - The President of the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce has resigned.

Bonnie Brackett of Brackett Insurance Consultants stepped down due to increased demands on her personally and professionally.

Brackett had been president since January.

The chamber's Board of Directors elected Vice President George Sheffer of Murdale True Value to serve out Brackett's term as president.
